Founded in 1985 in Araçatuba-SP, Brazil, Hospimetal has shown excellent levels of performance and technology in the manufacture of hospital furniture and medical equipment throughout its history. With advanced stainless steel expertise, it sells its products throughout Brazil and in several countries around the world. All Hospimetal products can be made in stainless steel or enamel-coated steel. Enamel-coated products receive anti-rust treatment and electrostatic epoxy-polyester powder coating, oven cured.

Does Hospimetal supply all of Brazil and other countries?
Yes. We manufacture in Araçatuba-SP and sell our products throughout Brazil and in several countries. We are also part of the Brazilian Health Devices export program.
Are the products notified to ANVISA and INMETRO certified?
Yes. Our products are notified to ANVISA, and our hospital beds, hemodialysis chairs and recliners are certified by an INMETRO-accredited body, tested according to NBR IEC standards. You can check them with ANVISA from each product page.
What is the difference between a mechanical and a motorized Fowler bed?
On a mechanical bed, the backrest, leg and height movements are made with cranks. On a motorized bed, electric motors make the movements through a control, which makes nursing work easier and lets patients adjust their own position. Depending on the model, both versions can have height adjustment and positions such as Trendelenburg.
Are the products made of stainless steel or enamel-coated steel?
All Hospimetal products can be made of stainless steel or enamel-coated steel. Enamel-coated products receive anti-rust treatment and electrostatic epoxy-polyester powder coating, oven cured. Our sales team can help you choose the best finish for each setting.
Do you provide documents for public tenders and supplier registration?
Yes. We send copies of our current ANVISA notifications and certificates, catalogs and other technical documents. Request them by e-mail at hospimetal@hospimetal.com.br or via WhatsApp.
Does Hospimetal offer technical support and spare parts?
Yes. We offer after-sales support, maintenance and original spare parts. To get help, tell us the product code (e.g. HM.2002D) and describe what you need by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form.
